It's been a while since I posted anything.  A lot has happened.....I am now a parent of a 5th and 6th grader...WHAT?!?  When did this happen??????  Talk about anxiety over aging!!!  This is happening way too quickly.  I can remember when I would think in my head, man, I can't wait until they get to be a little more mature....well, that's happened and now I'm taking back everything......Please be those little angels who would annoy me because of you guys running around like crazy..not because you're fresh!
Both kids are in NY with us this summer.  So thrilled about that!!  Every summer since we've moved one, if not two of my children would go to Kansas with their father.  You know, the first couple days is nice....quiet....relaxing.  After a week, I'm so depressed I don't even get to enjoy my time apart from them.  We have a lot planned  for the summer vacation.  We already went camping Memorial Day weekend at Assateague Island (it's very close to Ocean City, MD).  I'll post pics of that in another post.  Over Labor Day weekend we'll be going camping in Myrtle Beach.  I'm in one of my best friend's wedding in August.  I'm on a mission to makeover my body/health.  I'm on a bigger mission to become a professional photographer.  I plan on blogging way more often about anything and everything.  From pictures to recipes, from crafts to tv shows.
